Matthew 8:7 And Jesus said to him, “I will come and heal him.”
John 5:6-9 When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?”
7 The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me.”
8 Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.”
9 And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked.
Lord Jesus Christ is compassionate God. He heals the sick and delivers them from all sickness. He will come to the sick and heals them. He came seeking a sick person at the pool of Bethesda lying there in sickness for thirty-eight years and no one is there to deliver him. He is in great distress and no hope.
But Jesus Christ saw him and came seeking him to heal and deliver from sickness and to give new life. Jesus said to the sick person, do you want to be made well and healed the sick person immediately. What a great love for Jesus to heal the sick. He came seeking to heal the sick and lift him up from pit of sickness.
