Lift Up Your Eyes
Harvest
John 4:35
John 4:35 Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!
Lord Jesus Christ is God of compassion. He takes care of His people always. He directs His people in right path. He will be the guide for His people and lead them in green pastures and still waters. He directs His people to see the harvest and do the work of the Lord. For the harvest is ready but laborers are few.
Jesus said lift up your eyes and look at the fields for they are already white for harvest. Unless you see you cannot know the need for the work of the Lord. Jesus said look the harvest is ready. Go into the world and spread the good news of Jesus and win souls for Him. He said he who reaps receive wages, and gathers fruit for eternal life.
For your labor is not in vain. He will reward you in heaven. You shall be blessed by Him greatly. Be always vigilant and ready to do the work of the Lord. He said the harvest is already ripe and ready, opportunity to spread the gospel is right now. One person plants the seeds and another get joy of reaping; both are equally important in the work of the Lord. God will reward equally.
