Cleansing
John 2:15-16
John 2:15-16 When He had made a whip of cords, He drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen, and poured out the changers’ money and overturned the tables.
16 And He said to those who sold doves, “Take these things away! Do not make My Father’s house a house of merchandise!”
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Lord Jesus Christ is God of holy and He said be holy as I am holy. He will not tolerate sinful things in your life. He will cleanse you and make you holy. If you confess your sins and seek pardon then He will cleanse you with His precious and holy blood and make you clean. He will give you a new life. You will be given a clean heart and filled with Holy Spirit.
When Jesus Christ saw the temple and all illegal activities going on got angry and made a whip of cords, He drove them all out of the temple, with sheep and the oxen and poured out the changers money and overturned the tables. He said take these things away. Do not make My Father’s house a house of merchandise.
Jesus could not tolerate the unholy things in the temple of God. They have made the temple of God as business place and doing business and turning the temple of God into a market place, but not worshiping God in truth and spirit.
There is a corruption in the house of God and Jesus condemned it. Jesus Christ cleanses the temple and demonstrating the righteous anger against the evil doers. He restored the purpose of the temple as the house of prayer rather than den of robbers and place of trade. Jesus Christ always sees holiness and will not compromise in that.
Things Away – Deceit
Ephesians 4:22-24 that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,
23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind,
24 and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
God says put off your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lust and be renewed in the spirit of your mind and put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
Take away all old and sinful nature and put on new nature that is holiness and righteous life. Put on the garment of righteousness and lead a holy life. Lead a life pleasing to God. Take away all sinful lusts and desires to fulfill the lust of the flesh and be filled with the Holy Spirit and walk in Spirit and in truth.
Things Away – Uncleanness
Colossians 3:5-6 Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
6 Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience.
Take away all uncleanness in your life and put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Do not continue in these practices for the wrath of God will come upon all those who practice these things.
The wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience. His anger will be upon on all those who indulge in evil things. Remove all sinful behaviors and identify yourself with Christ Jesus. Remove earthly and sinful desires and lead a holy life.
Come to Lord Jesus Christ and accept Him as your personal savior. He will come into your life and give eternal salvation and peace. He will fill you with His joy and satisfy your soul. He will fill you with the Holy Spirit and empower you with His power to walk upright. You will be blessed by the heavenly blessings and the protection of God will be always around you and lead you into eternal glory.

Pray to Jesus Christ
PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
