Lay Down Life – Eternal life

John 3:16

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

John 10:28 And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.

Lord Jesus Christ is true living God and whoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life. He came to give eternal life. All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. All are dead spiritually and no life.

But by His grace He saved them and given eternal life and made them sit together in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. By His grace we are saved and it is the gift of God the eternal life. You are protected by God always and no one can snatch away from the hand of God. Your salvation is secured by Christ Jesus. He lay down His life to give us eternal life.

Lay Down Life – Shepherd

John 10:11,14 11“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.

14 I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own.

Jesus Christ compassionate God. He lay down His life to bring us into His fold. To save the sheep He lay down His life. He is our good shepherd and we are His sheep. He will walk before us and guide us always in right path.

He will lead us in green pastures and still waters. He will nourish us and give strength spiritually to walk upright. He will always watch over us and protect us as a good shepherd and keep us safe. There are great safety and protection in Him. He is great shepherd.

Lay Down Life – Care

1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

Psalms 55:22 Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.

He cares for His people always. He lay down His life and saved us. He has called us and made us His children. We are members in the God’s family and Jesus Christ is our heavenly father who gave His life for us to save us. He will always take care of us and deliver us and meet all our needs. He sustains us with His power.

He will give us the heavenly blessings and fill us with great joy and peace. Cast your burden on Him and He will take care of you and sustain you. He will never permit the righteous to be moved. His children will never lack anything. He will carry us always till the end and comfort us and strengthen us. What a great sacrifice it is.

Come to Lord Jesus Christ and invite Him into your life. He will come into your life and give eternal salvation and peace. He will be your heavenly father who bear all your burdens and give complete rest. He will provide all your needs and satisfy your soul.

Pray to Jesus Christ

PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
