Give Me Drink

Give Me – Multiply

John 4:5-8

Matthew 14:17-20 And they said to Him, “We have here only five loaves and two fish.”

18 He said, “Bring them here to Me.”

19 Then He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass. And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes.

20 So they all ate and were filled, and they took up twelve baskets full of the fragments that remained.

Lord Jesus Christ is compassionate God. He loves His people and always met their needs. He was watching over this large number of people came to Him and listening to His words. But after three days Jesus does not want to send them away without food. So, He asked do you have anything to feed the people.

The disciples said we have only five loaves and two fish. He said bring them here to Me. Give them to Me Jesus said and they put all that they have in the hands of Jesus. Jesus took them and blessed and broke it and multiplied them and gave the loaves and fish to all. They all ate and were satisfied.

More than four thousand people ate. Jesus Christ said give what you have and I will multiply it and make it a blessing to many. Commit your life to Jesus Christ and surrender yourself to Him totally and He will bless you and multiply you abundantly. You may be small but He will make a great person and use you for His glory. Give what you have and be blessed and multiply.

Give Me – Follow

Luke 18:22 So when Jesus heard these things, He said to him, “You still lack one thing. Sell all that you have and distribute to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”

Proverbs 19:17 He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord, and He will pay back what he has given.

A young ruler came to Jesus Christ and asked Him what to do to inherit the kingdom of God. Jesus said follow the commandments of God. But the young man told I am following all the commandments of God. But Jesus heard and said to him, you still lack one thing.

Sell all that you have and distribute to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven, and come, follow Me. Jesus Christ loved the young man and told to follow Him. But the young man did not follow Jesus. He is a rich man and could not follow. Jesus said give to the poor what you have and follow Me. Giving to the poor is giving to God. He will repay back what he has given.

He will take away all evil in you give new heart and new life. He will give one heart and put a new spirit within you and take away stony heart and give the heart of flesh. You will walk in the statutes of God and walk upright. You will be called the child of God and member in God’s family. What a great blessing it is to give your heart to Jesus Christ and be blessed. Receive eternal salvation and joy.

Give Me – Sacrifice

Romans 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service.

2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Have faith in Lord Jesus Christ and trust His promises. Present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, and acceptable to God, which is reasonable service. Sacrifice to God always and serve Him. Do not be conformed to this world. Be transformed by renewing of your mind and walk a holy life and acceptable to God always. Walk always in perfect will of God. Do not walk according to the fashion of this world. Offer your bodies as living sacrifice to God. Dedicate your daily life to God.

Come to Lord Jesus Christ and submit your life to Him. He will come in and give you eternal salvation and peace and joy. He will be your heavenly father and lead you in green pastures and still waters. He will protect you and guide you in right path and to eternal glory. He will take care of you and meet all your needs. He is God almighty who always thinks to do good for His people. He will bless you with heavenly blessings.

Psalm 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem:

Pray to Jesus Christ

PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.

Surrender often becomes much more real when God puts His finger on the very thing I am reluctant to place in His hands. Five loaves sound insignificant until they are my five loaves. The rich young ruler’s possessions sound expendable until they are my security. A “living sacrifice” sounds wonderfully spiritual until I realize the sacrifice is supposed to get up tomorrow morning and keep surrendering. Perhaps that is why Romans 12:1 calls it our “reasonable service.” God is not merely asking for what we can spare; He wants the heart from which everything else flows. And strangely enough, what we clutch most tightly is often the very thing that reveals where our trust really rests. David once said, “Neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the LORD my God of that which doth cost me nothing” (2 Samuel 24:24). That challenges me. Surrender that never costs me anything may not be surrender at all. The question becomes less, “Lord, what can I give You?” and more, “Lord, what am I still trying to keep from You?”
