John 6:12-13
John 6:12-13 12 So when they were filled, He said to His disciples, “Gather up the fragments that remain, so that nothing is lost.”
13 Therefore they gathered them up, and filled twelve baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves which were left over by those who had eaten.
Psalms 136:25 Who gives food to all flesh, For His mercy endures forever.
Lord Jesus Christ mighty God. He does wonders and miracles without numbers. He is God of miracles and wonders. Nothing is impossible unto Him. He is true living God. He created everything in the universe by the power of His word and sustain it by His word. He gives food to all living creatures and satisfies them. He provides food to all flesh and His mercy endures forever.
He fed more than five thousand people. He multiplied fives loaves of bread and two fish and satisfied them all. The remaining fragments of the five barley loaves Jesus said gather them up. So, the disciples obeyed His command and gathered all the remaining fragments of loaves filled twelve baskets. What a great miracle it was.
Jesus provided plenty of food to His people and satisfy them. He will meet their needs and strengthen them. He does not leave them alone. He will be with His people always and guide them and guard them and provide all needs. He will provide all spiritual and physical needs.
Gather up what was left over Jesus said. Whatever He gives it is precious and good. Let nothing be wasted. Jesus does not waste resources. Need for stewardship that nothing is wasted. All the resources He has given to be used for His glory and not to neglect and waste them.
Gather – Protection
Matthew 23:37 “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing!
Psalms 91:4 He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.
Lord Jesus Christ God of love and compassion. He takes care of His children always. He always protects His children. He will gather His children under the shadow of His wings. Under His wings there is full protection and no enemy can reach you and touch you.
You are covered by His mighty protection. Under His wings great refuge and safety. He wants to gather His children under His wings, but some do not come under His wings and go astray and destroy forever. He tried to gather His children always under His wings to keep them safe.
But many are not willing to come under His protection and gone away. They face troubles and destruction in their lives. Intimate and protective care of Jesus Christ under His wings. Jesus Gathers always His children to protect and guide them.
Gather – Assemble
Hebrews 10:24-25 24 And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works,
25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
The scripture says do not neglect to assemble together. Assembling together and encouraging each other in the presence of God is always good. God says do not neglect to gather in the church and praise Him and worship Him and exhorting one another so that believers will get encouraged and strengthened. For the day of the Lord is approaching it is always necessary to assemble together and stir up love and good works. Gathering together gives courage and protection of God.
Come to Lord Jesus Christ and submit to Him. He will bless you with gift of salvation and fill you with joy and peace. In this world you don’t have real peace and joy. Only in Christ Jesus you get real peace and joy. Jesus Christ is great God and He will bless you with everlasting peace and joy and anoint you with the Holy Spirit and guide you and lead you into eternal glory.

Pray to Jesus Christ
PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
