Arise

Luke 8:54-55

Arise – Life

54 But He put them all outside, took her by the hand and called, saying, “Little girl, arise.”

55 Then her spirit returned, and she arose immediately. And He commanded that she be given something to eat.

Jesus Christ is true living God. He is resurrection and life. In Him there is power to rise dead. He went to a house where a young girl died and the all their relatives parents weeping. Jesus Christ was moved with compassion and went to her and touched her hand and said little girl arise then immediately life came back to her and she arose and was alive.

All were astonished at the great miracle and they glorified God. Jesus Christ said arise then immediately the power of resurrection made her alive again. What a great power it is in Jesus Christ. All who are dead spiritually Jesus Christ said arise for the light shine upon you. Then the eternal life flow and make them alive and they see great light.

Arise –Pray

Luke 22:46Then He said to them, “Why do you sleep? Rise and pray, lest you enter into temptation.”

1 Thessalonians 5:6 therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober.

Luke 21:34-36 34 “But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly.

35 For it will come as a snare on all those who dwell on the face of the whole earth.

36 Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things that will come to pass and to stand before the Son of Man.”

Lord Jesus Christ said to His disciples in the garden of Gethsemane rise and pray, lest you enter into temptation. All you are sleeping come out of sleep rise up and come on knees and pray to God. Without prayer you cannot overcome temptation. With prayer you receive strength and power to overcome every temptations and trials. Always be in prayer and supplications and it is the will of God.

Let us not sleep as others do but watch and be sober. For our enemy the Satan roaming like a roaring lion seeking whom he many devour. Do not be careless and be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness and cares of this life. For the day of the lord will come unexpectedly. To stand before Jesus Christ worthy always be in prayer.

Arise – Strength

I kings 19:7-8 7 and the angel of the Lord came back the second time, and touched him, and said, “Arise and eat, because the journey is too great for you.”

8 So he arose, and ate and drank; and he went in the strength of that food forty days and forty nights as far as Horeb, the mountain of God.

Isaiah 40:29 He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength.

Elijah was very much depressed and disturbed and slept under the broom tree. But God came to him and touched him and said Elijah do not be afraid arise and eat the food. God provided the food to Elijah and he ate and received strength and with that strength he walked forty days and forty nights to the mountain of God.

What a great God He is. He came to strengthen His servant and to give power to walk for forty day and forty nights. He is God of strength and gives strength to all who are weak. He makes them strong and increase strength to do His work.

Come to Lord Jesus Christ and accept Him as your savior. Invite Him into heart and He will come in and give eternal salvation. He will shine upon you and give light and you will not walk in darkness. He will be your guide and lead you into eternal life. He will give you strength and courage to walk upright. He will hold your hand and be with you always. He says arise your light has come. The light of life is Jesus Christ.

Pray to Jesus Christ

PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
