Jesus Shines

John 1:3-5

3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.

4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.

5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

Jesus Christ the creator of heaven and earth. Everything in this universe was created by Him and through Him. Nothing was made without Him. He is powerful God. All power and authority He has over all creation.

He is life and the life was light. Life flows through Him and every creature exists by Him. His light shines in darkness and the darkness flee. No darkness can withstand before His light.

He shines to transform

Colossians 1:11-13 12 giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.

13 He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love

In this dark world Jesus light shines and whoever comes to this light will come to light. His light shines and delivered us from darkness and transformed us into light. We were once under the dominion of darkness. Now, Jesus Christ’s light shines on us. We are transformed and have entered into light. He has rescued us from the kingdom of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of light Jesus Christ. Once, we did not see the things of God. Now, we see these things. We understand and glorify Jesus Christ. He has enabled us to be the partakers of the eternal inheritance of the saints in the light.

He shines to give wisdom

2 Corinthians 4:6 6For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 1:17-19 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,

18 the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power

His light shines in our hearts to give us the light of knowledge and wisdom. When the light shines it transforms and enlighten us.

Lord Jesus Christ shines on His believer’s life. They will be enlightened. They will see and understand the things of God. They will glorify God. Without His light shine we can’t understand the things of God. It is when He shines light in our heart then the wisdom of God enters and gives full understanding. It is the wisdom of revelation and knowledge of Him. You will know more about Jesus Christ. The mysteries of God you understand and walk uprightly and glorify God. You will know the will of God and walk in the will of God. We understand the greatness of God and love of God toward us who believe in Him.

He shines on way

Job 22:28 28 you will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways.

Psalms 119:105 105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

Psalms 119:130 130 The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple.

His light shines on your path and give light to walk uprightly. What a great light it is to shine on your way and show you the right way. It will lead you in right way and right direction. It will keep you away from danger and destruction. He shines on your way and show you right understanding.

His word will illuminate in our hearts and show right path in this dark world. He is the word. Jesus Christ is the word of God. When the light shines it will guide us through difficult situations and all circumstances.

When His light shines it makes things clearer and helps understand what to do and what not to do. The word of God is light of God it shines and repel all darkness and make things right. It will help to walk according to His will.

Arise He will shine

Ephesians 5:14 14 Therefore He says: “Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, and Christ will give you light.”

Allow Christ Jesus to shine upon you. His light of truth and goodness and righteousness. When He shines you will be awaken and become alive. Spiritual death to Spiritual life. You will have fellowship with true living God. When He shines His resurrection power will flow into your life and make you alive and strengthen you. Your life will be transformed from darkness to light.

Come to the light Jesus Christ. He will shine in your heart and on your way. He will lead you in the right direction. He will give you great joy and peace. Your life will be filled with great courage. All fear will go and you will be strengthened by His light. He will illuminate your life and darkness will flee.

Pray to Jesus Christ

PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
