16 because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”

Lord Jesus Christ said be holy as I am holy. He is holy God and there is no sin in Him. He is perfect in all things. He is God almighty and lives in holy place. His dwelling in heaven is holy and no unholy thing can enter. His angels are holy and all things in heaven are holy.

It is a holy place where Jesus Christ dwells. To dwell with Jesus Christ in heaven you must be holy and lead a holy life. You must be cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ. The blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin and make holy. He gives eternal salvation. He is the savior of the world.

He shed His blood on the cross for the remission of the sin of the world. Whoever comes to Him in faith and seek His mercy will be cleansed by His blood and made holy. His life will be transformed and the holy God will dwell in Him. You will walk in light and all darkness flees. When the light comes all darkness go and lead a holy life.

Holiness – Conduct

1 Peter 1:15 But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct,

1 Thessalonians 4:7 For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in holiness.

Lord Jesus Christ is holy God. He called you to be holy and let your conduct be holy. In all your things be holy and walk in holiness. There should not be any uncleanness in your conduct and all your life. Follow the footsteps of Jesus Christ and lead a holy life.

In every aspect of your life imitate Jesus Christ and follow Him. Set apart from worldly behavior and live in honesty and pure life. In every part of your life have a godly character and good conscience.

Holiness – Thoughts

Matthews 5:27 “You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’

28 But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.

Proverbs 4:23 Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.

The Holy God Lord Jesus Christ sees your heart. He will look into it intently and deep inside. He will see all your thoughts and intentions. If there are any impure thoughts and intentions in your heart remove them and surrender to Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ not only sees your actions but also your thoughts and intentions.

Let your thoughts and intentions are holy and pure in the sight of Holy God. He cannot be with you if your thoughts are unholy. Keep your heart with all diligence and keep it clean. Your thoughts must be clean. Unclean thoughts and desire in your hearts is equal to the act itself in the sight of God. Pure in thoughts and intentions are important. God will look to the heart. Lusting after something is sin in His sight.

Come to Lord Jesus Christ and accept Him as your personal savior. He is holy God and gives eternal salvation and redemption from sin. You will become the child of God and member in God’s family. God will be with you and have fellowship with you and give you eternal life. He is holy God and gives holy life. You will enter into heaven by faith in Jesus Christ. Without holiness you cannot see God. He is holy God. Without holiness you cannot reach God. The blood of Jesus Christ cleanses you from all sin and makes you holy.

Pray to Jesus Christ

PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
