Genesis 6:13,17

Living Things

13 And God said to Noah, “The end of all flesh has come before Me, for the earth is filled with violence through them; and behold, I will destroy them with the earth.

17 And behold, I Myself am bringing floodwaters on the earth, to destroy from under heaven all flesh in which is the breath of life; everything that is on the earth shall die.

2:4,23 4 For after seven more days I will cause it to rain on the earth forty days and forty nights, and I will destroy from the face of the earth all living things that I have made.”

23 So He destroyed all living things which were on the face of the ground: man and cattle, creeping thing and bird of the air. They were destroyed from the earth. Only Noah and those who were with him in the ark remained alive.

Lord Jesus Christ creator of heaven and earth. He is great God and created everything in the universe. He created all living things on the earth. But God saw that the earth was filled with violence and full of sin and no fear of God.

Then God thought to destroy all the living things on the earth except the righteous Noah and his family. God told Noah to prepare an ark for him and family and animals to preserve. Noah followed all of God’s instructions. He obeyed God’s commandments and completed God’s work. Noah and all his family members entered the ark with animals of all species.

God brought rain for forty days and destroyed all living things on the earth. The wrath of God was poured out on the earth. God could not tolerate the sin of the world. Through Noah’s family God filled the earth again.

He Destroys – World

Isaiah 13:9, 11 9 Behold, the day of the Lord comes, Cruel, with both wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate; And He will destroy its sinners from it.

11“I will punish the world for its evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; I will halt the arrogance of the proud, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.

Deuteronomy 4:24 24 For the Lord your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God.

Lord Jesus Christ is holy God. He is consuming fire and jealous God. He will not tolerate the sin and all wicked ways. He pour out His wrath on all the wicked in the land and destroy them. He will punish the world for its evil and wicked ways. He will punish all the proud and arrogant and bring them low. He will destroy all the proud and wicked people from the land.

He will come with great wrath and fierce anger to destroy all the evil and wicked. He will destroy all the sinners in the land. The judgment of God is so fierce anger that no sinner can escape. He will give chance to repent for the sinners before destruction. He will offer opportunities to repent.

He Destroys – Satan

1 John 3:8 8 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.

Lord Jesus Christ came into this world to destroy the works of Satan. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Jesus Christ came to destroy Satan’s works. He delivers people from the bondage of sin. He also delivers them from death. Jesus defeated Satan on the cross and defeated death. He died and rose again third day victoriously. He who believes in Lord Jesus Christ will have new life and deliverance from Satan and death.

He Destroys – Disobedient

2 Thessalonians 1:7-9 7 and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels,

8 in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

9 These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power.

Lord Jesus Christ is God of justice. He is God who judges the righteous and unrighteous. He will reward everyone according to their works. He will punish the wicked and disobedient people. He will come with flaming fire. He will take vengeance on all those who do not obey God. They choose to live a wicked life.

He will punish all those who do not receive the gospel of Jesus Christ. They will be punished with everlasting destruction and away from the presence of the Lord. All the disobedient will be in hell and punished forever. All those who reject Gospel of Jesus Christ will face everlasting destruction and separated from the presence of God.

Come to Lord Jesus Christ and surrender your life to Him. Accept the free gift of salvation and be saved. Jesus Christ came into this world to save the sinners. He came and destroyed the works of Satan and completed the work of Salvation on the cross. He is willing to save you and give eternal life. Invite Him into your life and be filled with great peace and joy.

Pray to Jesus Christ

PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
