He is Fire

Deuteronomy 4:24

24 For the Lord your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God.

Isaiah 42:8 8 I am the Lord, that is My name; and My glory I will not give to another, nor My praise to carved images.

He is fire-destroy

Deuteronomy 9:3 3 therefore understand today that the Lord your God is He who goes over before you as a consuming fire. He will destroy them and bring them down before you; so you shall drive them out and destroy them quickly, as the Lord has said to you.

Isaiah 30:27 27 Behold, the name of the Lord comes from afar, burning with His anger, and His burden is heavy; His lips are full of indignation, And His tongue like a devouring fire.

He is God of consuming fire. He will destroy the enemies and bring victory. He will go before His children and drive out all the enemies and destroy them by His fire and give victory in their life. He will destroy all enemy strongholds and make the way clear. His fierce anger and power against enemies is great and no power can stand before Him. He will judge the nations with consuming fire and destroy all evil kingdoms and rulers.

He is fire-punish

2 Thessalonians 1:7-9 7 and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels,

8 in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

9 These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power,

Matthews 3:12 12 His winnowing fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather His wheat into the barn; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”

His destructive judgment of fire will consume those who reject the gospel. Who reject God will be punished by His fire and those who obey His gospel will be saved eternally. He will come with flaming fire and vengeance. He will punish the ungodly. He will also punish those who do not know God and practiced evil. He will come with His mighty angels and save His people forever. He will burn the chaff with unquenchable fire. He will gather His remnant to be with Him in heaven.

He is fire-Refining power

Matthews 3:11 11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

Acts 2:2-4 2 and suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.

3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them.

4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

The holy fire of God comes upon all those who are washed by the blood of Jesus Christ. They seek Him diligently to be filled with the Holy Spirit. He will send His Holy Spirit and with fire. It is refining fire which will consume all filth and purify them. It is purifying baptism the refining work of the Holy Spirit. It empowers the children of God to do the will of God and bring glory to God.

It will take away all weakness and give courage and strength. The disciples were praying together. Suddenly, the Holy Spirit came like a rushing wind with a mighty sound. It filled all the disciples with the Holy Spirit. There appeared divided tongues of fire upon each person. It is a refining power and to fill with divine strength and power. It purifies the heart and gives clean heart.

Come to Lord Jesus Christ and surrender your life to Him. Worship Him and give all glory to Him. He is consuming fire and He will not give glory to anyone. He is true living God. Invite Him into your life and He will fill you with His Holy Spirit and bless you with eternal life. You will have peace and Joy in your life always. He will protect you and guide you always. Follow His commandments and do according to His will. He will surround you with His fire and no enemy can touch you. He gives victory in your life.

Pray to Jesus Christ

PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
