He is sovereign God and by His power controls entire universe. At the name of Jesus Christ every knee must bow and every tongue must accept that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior. At the name of Jesus Christ all beings in heaven and on earth and under the earth will bow down, Jesus Christ is supreme authority and mighty God. He rebukes Satan and it will bow down.

27Then they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, “What is this? What new doctrine is this? For with authority He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.”

39 Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.

Jesus Christ when He saw the fig tree having leaves but no fruit. Jesus Christ came near to the tree for the fruit to eat but there is no fruit; He couldn’t find anything but leaves. Then Jesus rebuked the fig tree and said let no one eat fruit from you ever again.

24 Blind guides, who strain out a gnat and swallow a camel!
25“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you cleanse the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of extortion and self-indulgence.
Jesus Christ rebukes the Pharisees of their hypocrisy. They teach but don’t do. He rebuked the Pharisees condemning their attitudes. You clean the cup outside but inside you are full of greed and lust. Jesus Christ said first clean inside you. There Pharisees show their righteousness outside, but inside they are full of darkness. They appear to be righteous and holy outside, but inside they are full of corruption and filthiness and selfishness and uncleanness. They are filthy inside and no holiness.
