Jesus Chooses
Deuteronomy 7:6-8
6 “For you are a holy people to the Lord your God; the Lord your God has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples on the face of the earth.
7 The Lord did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any other people, for you were the least of all peoples;
8 but because the Lord loves you, and because He would keep the oath which He swore to your fathers, the Lord has brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you from the house of bondage, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt
Lord Jesus Christ the God of universe. He is omnipresent and omnipotent. His wisdom is infinite. He is powerful and mighty God. His choice is according to His will. He chooses the people for Himself to be as His people.
He has chosen Israelites out of Love towards them. He has chosen them to be a special people for Himself. They are a special treasure above all the people on the face of the earth.
He loved them and set His love on them. He chose them as His special people. He separated them unto Him. Though they are unworthy and disobedient, God still loved them out of His great love. He brought them out of Egypt and led them into the Promised Land. Land flowing with milk and honey. Blessed land full of Joy and Peace.
He chose them and He is their God and they are His children forever. He will move among them. He will be their father. He will guide them. He will bless them. He will make them a blessing to many.
He chose us to bear fruit
John 15:16 16 You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
Lord Jesus Christ says that you have not chosen Me. I have loved you and chosen you to be my children. You are chosen to bear the fruit of the Spirit. Declare about Lord Jesus Christ to others and lead a holy life. It is His choice towards you to come to Him. He has chosen you and appointed you to bear fruit of the Spirit and bring glory to Him.
The purpose of choosing is for you to bear the fruit of the Spirit and bring glory to God. Love one another and show Christ like life to others. Follow Jesus Christ foot Steps and win souls for Christ Jesus.
He chose us to proclaim
Mark 16:15 15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.
Acts 9:15 15 But the Lord said to him, “Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel.
He has chosen you to proclaim His good deeds and bring many other to Christ Jesus. Spread the Gospel to the whole world and teach about Jesus Christ and make them Disciples of Christ Jesus. Give baptism in the name of Father and Son and the Holy Spirit.
He chose us to witness
God chosen Paul to spread the Gospel and bear the name of Lord Jesus Christ before all especially before kings. He is a witness to God for all gentiles. God chosen him to spread the good news. The good news about Jesus Christ and cross of the Jesus Christ and Salvation to all. He has chosen to be a witness of Christ Jesus.
He chosen to win souls
Matthews 4:18-20 18 And Jesus, walking by the Sea of Galilee, saw two brothers, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen
19 Then He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
20 They immediately left their nets and followed Him.
He has chosen you and called you to be fishers of men. God has chosen Peter and Andrew, who were fishermen, and told them to come follow Him. He said, “I have chosen you to be my disciples and will make you fishers of men.” He has chosen them. He directed their lives to follow Him. They are meant to do His work. They will finish His mission on the earth. He has chosen you to fulfill His purpose through you and in you and give glory to Jesus Christ.
He chose as royal priest
1 Peter 2:9 9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
He chose you. He called you and redeemed you. He made you a royal priesthood. You are members in God’s family. You became a member in the royal God’s family. He will be your father and you will be His child. He has chosen you and delivered you from darkness and into marvelous light. You were once in darkness without Christ Jesus. Still, Christ Jesus chose you. He brought you out of darkness and led you into light. He gave you eternal life.
What a great blessing we have in Christ Jesus. He has chosen His children before they are formed in mother’s womb. In His foreknowledge, He has seen and called us before. We are to be His children who bear fruit. We proclaim His word. We serve as witnesses for Him in this dark world.
What a great privilege it is in this world to be called by Him. To live for Christ Jesus is a blessing. We are called to lead a holy life. Receiving eternal life is the ultimate reward.
Come to Jesus Christ. Follow His commandments. Be faithful to Him. He has chosen you and called you to be His witness. You will receive great reward in the end. He is coming soon to give reward to all according to their deeds.

Pray to Jesus Christ
PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
