The Power of Forgiveness in Jesus Christ
Matthew 9:6
6But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins
Jesus Christ God of compassion forgives the sinners whoever comes to Him. He got authority and power to forgive the sins of the people. No one has got the authority to forgive sins. Jesus Christ gave His life on the cross to save all. Only He has the authority to forgive. He can save from sin and sickness.
Luke 5:20 20When He saw their faith, He said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you
What a great power it is in Jesus Christ. He forgives and forgets. He is willing to forgive whoever comes to Him and pray to Him. When He was on this earth He forgave many sinners who came to Him humbled and seek His pardon.
John 8:3, 7, 10, 11 3Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And when they had set her in the midst,
7So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.”
10When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?”
11She said, “No one, Lord. “And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”
In the above verse we find a woman caught in adultery by Pharisees and brought her to Jesus Christ. As per the law she must be stoned to death. But Jesus Christ said those who do no sin first stone her. But all got convicted and went away. Jesus alone there and talked to her and said woman I will not condemn you. Go and sin no more. She was forgiven by Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ came into this world not to condemn but to forgive and give hope and joy. Jesus came into this world to give salvation and forgiveness. It is the love of God towards humanity to redeem from sin and save them.
Ephesians 1:7 7In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace
We have great redemption in Jesus Christ through His blood and the forgiveness of sins. He is so gracious and compassionate God to forgive us and give life abundant.
There is a great blessing in His forgiveness.
You have access to the throne of God. Anytime you can reach His throne and plead for yourself and receive blessings.
You are called the child of God.
After your sins are forgiven you will become the child of God. You are added into God’s family. It is a royal family.
Your name will written in the book of Life.
Your name will be written in the book of life and no one can change it. You are the member of God’s family.
You are under protection
You will be constantly under God’s protection and guidance. Your life is protected and kept safe. You have eternal life. You live with Jesus forever.
What a great blessing it is in Jesus Christ. He forgives all sins when you come to Him and accept Him. Many people will reject you and condemn you. But Jesus Christ loving God will embrace you. He will forgive you and make you as His child. Come to Him.
Come to Him. Confess all your sins before His presence. Ask God to pardon you. Invite Him into your life. Then you will be saved and get great peace and joy

Pray to Jesus Christ
PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
