Jesus Christ Great Shepherd

Our Shepherd

John 10:11-14

11“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep.

12But a hireling, he who is not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them.

13The hireling flees because he is a hireling and does not care about the sheep.

14I am the good shepherd; and I know My sheep, and am known by My own.

Jesus Christ laid down His life to save the humanity. He suffered on the cross and died and rose again third day victoriously. He is our shepherd.

He gave His life for the sheep. To save the sheep He came down and gave His life to give His life to His sheep. He takes care of us. He always thinks about us and protects us from all enemies. He knows His sheep and the sheep knows Him. The sheep recognize His voice and follow Him. They do not follow other voices. In this world there are many voices heard, but the sheep will know the voice of the shepherd.

He is our true shepherd.

Psalm 23:2 2He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.

You will be safe and secure in His presence always. He is our true shepherd always watch over us and guard us. He will give us peace and rest. He will keep us away from all unrest of this world
