He Calls

John 20:16

16Jesus said to her, “Mary!” She turned and said to Him, “Rabboni!” (which is to say, Teacher).

Jesus Christ after resurrection from dead first appeared to Mary Magdalene whom she was seeking diligently. Jesus saw her and called her by name MARY. She turned and said to Him Rabboni (Which is to say Teacher) She recognized Jesus Christ.

What a great blessing it is Jesus Christ calling her by name and she recognizing His voice. It is a familiar voice for her that is why she recognize His voice. It is not a strange voice for her.

John 10:2-5 2But he who enters by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.

John 1:12 12But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name3To him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his voice; and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.

4And when he brings out his own sheep, he goes before them; and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.

5Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.”

Jesus Christ is our Chief shepherd and he takes care of His sheep. No thief can enter into His sheepfold. The sheep knows His voice and they follow Him. He calls His own sheep by name and leads them out. What a great privilege it is to be in His fold. Whenever He brings out His own sheep, He goes before them. The sheep follow Him because they know His voice. The sheep doesn’t not follow a stranger, but will flee from a stranger. They don’t know the voice of strangers.

It is an intimate relationship between Jesus Christ and His followers. The true believers will not follow the false teachers and leaders who will lead them in wrong way. Jesus Christ is out true Shepherd and the sheep discerns His voice and follows Him.

Jesus Christ is our leader and true Shepherd. Accept His leadership and follow Him and you will be saved and delivered from all danger and sin. He will lead you into eternal glory. What a great privilege it is to be called by Jesus Christ and pursuing Him.

Jesus Christ knows His followers and takes care of them. Jesus Christ as true Shepherd takes care of His sheep and leads and protects all the time.

What a great blessing it is to be called by Jesus Christ and chasing Him.

Isaiah 43:1 1But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, And He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; You are Mine.

He created you and formed you and called you by your name, saying you are Mine. He will call His own by name. Do not fear nor tremble. Be courageous and have faith in Him. The one who called you by name will lead you and protect you and bless you eternally. He assures His people of His love and presence always with them.

You may think nobody recognize me and no one cares me. But there is hope in Jesus Christ. The one who lives forever is calling you. He is here to help you and lead you in the right direction. Surrender to Him and give your life to Him and be blessed.

Pray to Jesus Christ

PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
