Resurrection Power Restores

Restores

John 21:15-17

15So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?” He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him, “Feed My lambs.”

13Jesus then came and took the bread and gave it to them, and likewise the fish.

14This is now the third time Jesus showed Himself to His disciples after He was raised from the dead.

Jesus Christ after resurrection from dead appeared to His disciples third time and did miracle before them beyond their imagination. They were all marveled at the power of God demonstrated by Jesus Christ. It is the power of Jesus Christ that carry out great miracle.

Then Jesus Christ provided them good breakfast without them asking. He planned before and arranged a breakfast and invited them and gave to them by His hands and satisfied them. It is a great Love and compassion towards His disciples.

After these things Jesus Christ focus His attention on Peter to restore him. Because Peter denied Jesus Christ three times so Jesus Christ asked Peter three times do you love me? Peter answered Jesus Christ that he loves Him. And again Jesus Christ asked Peter do you love me more than these. It is making peter to confess that he loves Jesus Christ more than all these. It is restoring Peter to the fellowship of Jesus Christ and commitment to Him.

We need to Love Jesus Christ in all circumstances and follow Him without doubt and disbelief. Jesus Christ always looks at your heart. He watching your intentions and longings in your heart. Do you Love Him and long for Him always and seek His presence.

Psalms 27:3-4 3Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war may rise against me, in this I will be confident.

4One thing I have desired of the Lord, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord All the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, And to inquire in His temple.

In above verse we see the commitment of Psalmist David. In all the troubles he face will trust in God. Though war rise against me, in this I will be confident he says. Great faith in God and His strength.

In all the situations, Psalmist David says, “I have one desire.” I will seek the Lord always and dwell in the house of the Lord all days of my life. I will behold the beauty of the Lord and inquire in His temple.

That is the Longing of David. What a great heart he has towards God. He loved the Lord and His presence. When you love God, you will love His presence always. You will come into it, enjoy, and rejoice in His presence. You find great comfort and peace in His presence.

If you have gone away like Peter, and you are doing your own work without Christ Jesus, come to Him. He will restore you. He will bless you and protect you.

What a great blessing it is to be restored by Jesus Christ. It is wonderful to come into His presence and serve Him all the days of your life. Say Jesus I love you more.

Psalm 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem:

Pray to Jesus Christ
