Rebuked

MARK 16:14

14Later He appeared to the eleven as they sat at the table; and He rebuked their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen.

Jesus Christ after resurrection from the dead appeared to His disciples. When the eleven disciples in the room sat at the table, they were together with unbelief and dismayed. They didn’t believe the words of those who had seen Him after resurrection. Jesus tested their faith and sent the witnesses to them but not believe.

Later Jesus Himself appeared to them and rebuked the eleven disciples of their unbelief and their hardness of heart. Their unwillingness to believe the testimonies of those who had seen the risen Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ was rebuking the disciples of their unbelief and doubt about the resurrection and emphasizing they need faith.

In the above verse we see that disciples did not believe the witnesses of those who saw Jesus resurrected. God will speak through various ways to confirm His word. Sometimes He speaks through others testimony and with the word of God and other ways. But you need the discernment to understand the voice of God and believe.

When they not believe Jesus Christ Himself came to them and rebuked their unbelief. It is their hardness of theirs heart they not believe. Lack of faith in the scriptures. God always looks at your heart whether you believe in His word or not. Trust in His word and follow.

Because of your faith God will perform miracles in your faith

Matthew 9:29 29Then He touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith let it be to you.”

30And their eyes were opened.

Jesus touched the eyes of the blind and said according to your faith let it be to you. And their eyes were opened.

It is faith in the power of God that made the blind to receive sight and their eyed opened. Their trust and confidence in the power of God and ability to heal receive miracle. It is a connection between faith and divine action. Also believe in His power and glorify God. He is the creator of heaven and earth. He does wonders without numbers. Such a mighty God we have. Glorify God.

Have faith in Jesus Christ. Believe in the word of God. Trust in the power of God and ability to deliver you in all difficult situations and trials and temptations.

Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. He died on the cross, was buried, and rose again on the third day victoriously. It is truth. Accept the truth and follow Jesus Christ. He will lead you into eternal life. Jesus lives forever. He will take care of His children. You are not alone. He is with you and lead you and guide you. Just live by faith.

Pray to Jesus Christ and trust in Him. Have faith in Him..

PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
