Connect To Him

Acts 1:4-5

4And being assembled together with them, He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, “which,” He said, “you have heard from Me; 

5for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.” 

Jesus Christ after resurrection from dead and before ascension He commanded His disciples not to depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the father.

We need to wait in the presence of God to receive the power of God and direction from Him to do His work. It is always good to remain in His presence and with the church. You get many distractions and temptation to go astray and wander around and thereby lose the presence of God and blessings of God. But it is always the will of God for the believers to remain in the presence of God and with the fellowship of Church believers.

With Unity and faith.

Psalms 133:1-3 1Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!

2 It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, Running down on the edge of his garments.

3 It is like the dew of Hermon, Descending upon the mountains of Zion; for there the Lord commanded the blessing—Life forevermore.

What a great blessing it is to live in unity and faith in the presence of God. You will receive heavenly blessings and anointing from heaven above. The oil of Holy Spirit will come upon and bless. Also the protection of God will be like dew on tree. And the favor of God will be upon you.

Protection of God and favor of God and anointing of God.

Psalms 5:12 For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield.

Hosea 14:5 I will be like the dew to Israel; He shall grow like the lily, and lengthen his roots like Lebanon

He will surround you always and bless you. If you continue in His fellowship.

Come to Jesus Christ and pray. Spend time in His presence. Do not depart from His presence.

Pray to Jesus Christ

PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
