Be Glad
John 29:19-20
19Then, the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in the midst, and said to them, “Peace be with you.” 20When He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. Then the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord
After resurrection from dead Jesus appeared to His disciples. When all the doors were closed and the disciples were assembled inside, but Jesus could walk through the closed doors and appeared to them. It is the resurrected body which enables to walk through the wall or closed doors. Jesus Christ overcome the world. He has overcome the death.
John 16:33 These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.
When Jesus Christ appeared and talked to His disciples, He said Peace be to you. He brought glad tidings, blessings. They were all blessed at the presence of Jesus Christ and joy increased. They were filled with great joy upon seeing Him. When disciples saw Jesus they were astonished and were glad. Happy to see Him with them.
Matthew 28:9 And as they went to tell His disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, “Rejoice” So they came and held Him by the feet and worshiped Him.
Do not fear for anything. Jesus Christ has overcome the world. You will have victory in Jesus Christ. Trust in Him. Seek His presence. When He is with you need no fear. All your sorrow shall flee away. You will find real Joy and peace in Christ Jesus. He will restore you. Restoration of Gods people and dwelling with Jesus Christ.
Isaiah 35:10 And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with singing, with everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
Sorrow and sighing shall flee away in the presence of Jesus Christ.
Great joy and peace receive.
Believe on Jesus Christ and receive and you will be blessed with great Joy and peace.
Pray to Jesus Christ.
PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Thank you Lord for forgiving me and accepting me and giving me eternal life and peace and restore me completely and bless me. Fill me with the power of resurrection. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
