RECEIVE BLESSINGS
Luke 24:50-51
And He led them out as far as Bethany, and He lifted up His hands and blessed them. 51Now it came to pass, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and carried up into heaven.
Jesus Christ after resurrection appeared to the disciples and led them out to place Bethany before ascension to heaven He laid His hands on all the disciples and blessed them. What a great blessing it is to receive. The nail pierced hands of Jesus touched the disciples and blessed them.
Luke 24:52-53 52And they worshiped Him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy, 53and were continually in the temple praising and blessing God. Amen.
Jesus Christ Leads them and blessed them.
While He blessed them He commanded his benediction to rest upon them; while He assured them of His favor, and commended them to the protection and guidance of God, in the dangers, trials, and conflicts which they were to meet in a sinful and miserable world.
They all worshiped Jesus. Filled with Heavenly Joy. Continuously praising God in the temple of God. What a great experience they have. When Jesus Christ blessed them they receive Joy and great joy. Forget about all their worries fear and anxiety. It is the blessing of Jesus you too can receive this great blessing great joy and worship him always.
Great Joy and Worshiping God
The disciples’ joy highlights the hope and joy Christians find in Jesus’ promises.
The disciples’ continued presence in the temple emphasizes the importance of waiting on God and praising him in worship. Jesus blessed the disciples. He had not left them alone. The power from heaven would be with them.
Whatever situation you may be facing right now come to Jesus and follow Him. You will receive His blessings. You will be filled with great joy and peace.
Come to Jesus Christ. Surrender your life to Jesus
RECEIVE THE BLESSING OF GOD.
PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Let my life be a testimony of Your grace. Thank You for giving me a new, Christ-filled life. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
