Gift of God

1 Corinthians 15:20   But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the first fruits of those who have fallen asleep.

Rise again from the dead, and saying, “This Jesus whom I preach to you is the Christ.

It was on the basis of the resurrection of Christ that Paul preached, “Through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. Through him everyone who believes is set free from every sin”

The Bible says in Acts 13:39 and by Him everyone who believes is justified from all things from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.

In fact, apart from Christ’s resurrection, we have no Savior, no Salvation, and no Hope of eternal life. 

The Bible says in Romans 6:9-11   knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no longer has dominion over Him. ¹⁰ For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. ¹¹ Likewise you also, ^[c]reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Therefore, do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. But live a life glorifying God in all things and walking in faith. Yield to God your will and the safe thing is to will to do God’s will. Let nothing shake your faith in Christ Jesus or move away from hope of gospel. Always abound in the work of the Lord. You will be rewarded.

Therefore, do not reject the benefits now freely offered to you in Christ Jesus. What a great blessing in Christ Jesus forgiveness of sins and eternal hope

Come to Jesus and accept the free gift of God.

PRAYER:
Loving heavenly Father, I come before You just as I am. Please forgive me for all my sins and cleanse me with the precious blood of Jesus. Redeem my life from destruction and crown me with Your mercy. Fill my heart with Your love and truth. Let my life be a testimony of Your grace. Thank You for giving me a new, Christ-filled life. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
